- File names cannot be mixed case. I would prefer that all file names
  be in all capitals.

/AAREADME.TXT

- Rather incomplete. I will provide a better example.

- PUBLICATION_DATE is invalid.

- File is not FIXED_LENGTH.

/VOLDESC.CAT

- VOLUME_ID should be = "COUVIS_0101".

/CALIB/CALINFO.TXT

- Some of this information needs to be repeated in other documents.

/CALIB/*/*.DAT, .LBL

- It has already been suggested that the file names be modified to 
  not exactly replicate the same file name as the actual data files.
  I agree with this.

/CALIB/VERSION_1

- I think this directory name should be changed to something more
  appropriate (CALDATA?).

/CATALOG/CO_UVIS_INST.CAT

- File name should be UVISINST.CAT.

- File is a little bit sparse and needs to follow the structure given
  in the template.

/CATALOG/*DS.CAT

- Files are far too sparse to be useful. I will provide an example.

/CATALOG/INSTHOST.CAT

- File is missing LF characters.

/CATALOG/PERS.CAT

- All of the PDS_USER_ID values are LHUBER.

- There is a line spacing problem.

- INSTITUTION_NAME for Diane Conner is a phone number.

/DOCUMENT/*

- None of the files are properly labeled except DOCINFO.TXT.

/DOCUMENT/DATA_OBJECT_READERS_README.TXT

- It is not clear to me whether or not BOTH Java and IDL are required
  to use the software.

/INDEX/INDEX.LBL, INDEX.TAB

- These files are insufficient. I will provide some software to
  create these files.

/INDEX/INDXINFO.TXT

- I will provide a conciser version of this file.

/SOFTWARE/*

- Not properly labeled. I will provide a scheme for labeling the SOFTWARE
  directory since these files typically need different labels.

/DATA/*/*.LBL

- Verify that the following keywords have been or will be defined:

- DATA_SET_NAME values need to correspond closely to the DATA_SET_ID.

- Many labels have RIGHT_ASCENSION and DECLINATION = -1000. This is
  not acceptable. Use UNK, NULL or N/A as appropriate. (See Chapter
  17 of PDS Standards Reference.)
