* PMDAP. While most opportunities for Atmospheres specific data analysis are covered by CDAP and OPR, PMDAP affords a unique opportunity for Atmospheres scientists to propose for the restoration of publically available data sets. Individuals or teams interested in pursuing this opportunity should contact us early for assistance in identifying and obtaining eligible data, and in determining the PDS compliance requirements for the completed deliverables.

** CDAP. Proposals to CDAP will be taken via a two-step proposal process. This means that the Notice of Intent is replaced by a required brief Step-1 proposal submitted by the organization. Title and funded team members cannot be changed between the Step-1 and Step-2 proposals.

Several of the programs include encouragement or requirements to archive the results of the proposed research, contact us to assist with archive planning and incorporating archive planning in proposals.

The following documents will be useful in planning your products

The PDS offers tutorials designed to assist with the early stages of archive planning. Although both are written primarily from a mission perspective, the information they contain is also relevant to proposers to NRAs.
