Calypso co-orbits with Tethys and occupies the L5 (following) Lagrangian Point. The moon Telesco occupies the leading Lagrarian point.

Calypso has dimensions of 30.2x23x14 km with a period of revolution of 0.887802 days. Planned flybys span the mission with close approaches in Aug. and Sept, 2010.
